You determine the amount of the voucher. It is non-transferable, non-cash exchangeable and only valid for
RossAktiv-Tours rides. The original must be submitted to Rossaktiv-Tours after booking the trip.

Redeeming is very easy: you enter the code on the voucher in the shopping cart during the booking process. The travel costs are reduced by the voucher amount.

After receiving the voucher, please make sure that it has been issued correctly. As it represents cash value, it should be kept carefully until it is sent to Viking Reisen in Hagen for redemption and credit after a trip has been booked.

Rossaktiv-Tours is not liable for the loss of the voucher after delivery to the customer.
